and everything we eat I guess.<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>You know what is in everything,<\/li>\n<li>Allergies are easily controlled<\/li>\n<li>It saves lots of money<\/li>\n<li>(which means) The Thermomix is paid for with the money you&#8217;re saving<\/li>\n<li>You can make it taste the way you like it<\/li>\n<li>You can make it whenever you want to<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">I&#8217;m sure there are many more.\u00a0 Leave me a comment and tell me what your biggest benefit is.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">I&#8217;m sure you&#8217;ve seen this recipe going around.\u00a0 It is the one that uses Nutella with eggs and flour to make a brownie style mini cupcake.\u00a0 When I first read it I couldn&#8217;t believe that it would work so (of course) I had to try it, my way.\u00a0 So after making the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.foodfourthought.com.au\/blog\/?p=3033\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">chocolate hazelnut spread<\/span><\/a>\u00a0myself I used it in the mixture.\u00a0 I&#8217;ve never been a Nutella fan until I made it myself, I always found it too sweet but this version is delicious.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">These little bites are an absolute treat.\u00a0 Do yourself a favour and make them as soon as\u00a0possible.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #ce2307;\">3 ingredient cupcakes \u2013 (recipe\u00a0adapted by Fiona at Food 4 Thought after reviewing many recipes)<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #ce2307;\"> makes 10 &#8211; 12 mini cupcakes<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #346c17;\">Ingredients<\/span><br \/>\n150g <a href=\"http:\/\/www.foodfourthought.com.au\/blog\/?p=3033\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">chocolate hazelnut spread<\/span><\/a>\u00a0(at room temperature)<br \/>\n1 large egg<br \/>\n30g SR flour<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #346c17;\">Preparation<\/span><br \/>\nPreheat the oven to 170\u00b0C (fan-forced).\u00a0 Line mini muffin\/cupcake tray with cupcake liners.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Add\u00a0all ingredients\u00a0to TM bowl and mix for <strong>15 seconds<\/strong> on\u00a0<strong>speed 3<\/strong>.\u00a0 Scrap around sides of bowl.\u00a0 Repeat if necessary until mixture is combined.\u00a0 Divide mixture evenly into cupcake liners.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Bake 10 minutes, until slightly risen and just set in centre.\u00a0 Allow to cool on wire rack.\u00a0 Decorate as you like (see\u00a0tips).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #346c17;\">My tips\/alterations:<\/span>\u00a0 *I used SR flour because I wanted these to be light and fluffy rather than like a brownie.\u00a0 If you&#8217;d like a brownie consistency just use plain flour and cook these for 2 minutes more.\u00a0 *To divide the mixture evenly I used a mini ice cream scoop but teaspoons will work just as well.\u00a0 *To get as much mixture as possible out of the bowl, put the dial on closed lid position then hold the Turbo button in for about 4 &#8211; 5 seconds.\u00a0 *Before rinsing the bowl with water, you can add about a cup of milk mix it up and you have a glass of choc milk.\u00a0 *The chocolate hazelnut spread that I used is not sweet, so I iced my cupcakes with <a href=\"http:\/\/www.foodfourthought.com.au\/blog\/?p=2949\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">cream cheese frosting<\/span><\/a>\u00a0and hazelnut granules (that I bought already chopped).\u00a0 You can just sprinkle them with icing sugar if you prefer.\u00a0 *If you&#8217;re spread isn&#8217;t at room temperature just whip it for a few 5 &#8211;
