    Hi Fiona
I made this banana bread for my playgroup morning tea and it was a huge hit – thanks for the yummy recipe 🙂

  • Hi Leanne,
Thanks so much for your comment. I’m so glad everyone enjoyed it. I love this recipe because it is so simple.

I have stumbled across your page through a link on another page and I am blown away.

I’d like to know how you convert your recipes? I have a tonne of my own I’d like to convert. Is it a matter of just weighing all the measured items? Lots of trial and error? How do I get started?

Thank you for all the fabulous ideas!

  • I’ve had my TM for about 4 years and use it every day so a lot of it relates to other recipes I’ve dons and knowing how they turn out. I always suggest erring on the side of caution when chopping things, especially if you’re not sure.

Find a similar recipe and look at the method then try and use your ingredients with that method.

And yes, there is a little trial and error 🙂

I hope this helps and so glad you like my recipes 🙂
